At BioServers, we aim to provide you with top-notch customer support when you need it. All staff have multiple means of contact such as instant messaging and email, and we also use the most common method, the support ticket.
Pre-purchase enquiries
In most cases, you will be able to speak to any member of staff to handle any questions you may have before purchasing, so there's no special pre-purchase support system here, just open up a chat with one of our friendly staff members.
Need a demo server?
A perfectly acceptable thing to ask for. It gives us a chance to prove our connection is truly the best and lets you see how your ping is. Just speak to a member of staff and ask for a demo server for *game*. Once the server has been setup you will be given the IP address to the passworded test server setup just for you.
